Clue/Question:  The musical killer whales formed . . .

Answer:  AN ORCA-STRA

(That was fun.  I like the pun.  The first two clue words were pretty easy for me, but both “narrow” and “canvas” were nicely jumbled.  We’ve actually seen *ranwor* before.  The answer letter layout was fine.  No giveaways!  And, a clever cartoon from Mr. Knurek!  What’s not to like?  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

(This guy looks like he’s equal parts Salvador Dali and some kind of mad scientist!  He would NOT be touchin’ yer uncle’s hair, that is for sure!  Some good jumbling.  “Glaze”  is new to the ralis95 database.  Good job on the answer letter layout.  It too was jumbled very nicely. S’about it for tonight, folks.  Go forth and be creative . . . like a nut-job barber!  If that’s too much effort than simply be well and do good.)   —   YUR

Two new clue words today, in “sudden” and “pacify”.  Great answer letter layout.  Really sweet cartoon.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

Answer:  SIR-NAME

(Very good pun!  Great jumbling of the clue words.  I really liked “assign” and “mayhem”, and it looks like “assign” is a new clue word to the Jumble world.  ralis95 will have to add it to the clue word database.  Very good answer letter layout.  If you didn’t just pick up on the joke the answer letter layout would have been of little help.  Great cartoon, too.  Jeff could get a job at Stars and Stripes!  Be well and do good, friends.  Have a Happy Mother’s Day!)   —   YUR

Brown Anole (Anolis sagrei) at Hau`ula Ahupua`a, Oahu, Hawaii. Lemon

Lemon (Photo credit: Chugy)

(Well, well, well.  The boys are using a newly popular phrase, of dubious origin.  I’m betting that there are a pretty good number of folks out there that aren’t familiar with it.  I know a lot of us know it from a Geico commercial from a few years ago, but how many of us heard it used prior to that???  Hmm!  I’m providing a link to an interesting article on the subject of the phrase down below.

No new clue words today, but a couple of them were jumbled well.  I thought “orphan” was jumbled  really well, “yeast” was good too.  The others?  Ehh!  The answer letter layout was very good, though!  And today, I think the dialog was the key to the puzzle!  It put the icing on Jeff’s cartoon.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
