(Now, all she needs is a makeover and a new wardrobe! Good jumbling of the clue words. No new ones, and none that took a whole lot of effort to solve. But, still good! The answer letter layout was outstanding! I can see some of you having some trouble in getting today’s answer. Jeff’s cartoon was the big clue. I’m guessing she’s rocking an ’80s look. I figured I’d chime in early on the 2-13 puzzle today. I had “The credit card purchases by the expectant mother would have — DUE DATES” with a slightly different conversation in the cartoon but our editor changed it to what appears today (2-13). Just thought I’d share a little info about the background of today’s puzzle and the behind-the-scenes stuff that goes on at Jumble Central.
Dave- You should be ashamed!!!! if theres anything that Our Favorite Uncle hates more, It is commenting on a puzzle before he puts up his spoiler. You should Know better!!! But in the spirit of this Ash Wednesday I forgive You. UNC I GOT YOUR BACK. WIMPY
Boy! The nerve of that guy, Hoyt!!! JKLOL! Actually Wimpy, all the comments go through an approval process. So, the fact that his comment was up before my spoiler is my bad. I figured the puzzle wasn’t really all that hard, so not too many would be checking out the comments of the previous day’s puzzles. And, it is our buddy, Mr. Hoyt. AND, I *DO* post my spoilers a heck of a lot later than I used to. So, it’s all good in the hood!

Hi all … I’ve been gone and am catching up…and have been trying not to post on puzzles that were days ago, but had to comment here. I thought it was a great puzzle, but a bit strange. I appreciated the explanation Hoyt….and, my feelings, there have recently been times that the “editor” should have left well enough alone! Our guyz know what they are doing! Just saying! Linda

Busy! This most recent trip was for a convention. No access to e-mail or paper…my husband saved me all papers so I could do my jumbles!
Just recenty started doing these puzzles,So far I have enjoyed it.I have been solving most of them.
