“Forgiveness does not change the past, but it does enlarge the future.“ — Paul Boese
(What a great quote. Too bad this guy’s chosen to be so secretive about his life. All I could find out about him is that he’s mainly a television series and TV movie producer. He’s also directed, edited, written and acted. And, he attended Emerson College. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

This quote is not from the “other” more prominent “Paul Boese” sources. It is a quote from my father, Paul Lewis Boese. A sometime jotter of sayings in various home journals, born and raised in Kansas and the owner of a Dairy Queen. He briefly attended Kansas State Teachers College after serving in the Navy in WWII. He had a “couple” of “sayings” printed in Reader’s Digest in his lifetime, and was trying to get a book of his writings printed when he died of a heart attack in his 50′s, in 1976. He was obscure because he was obscure. We have the hand-written journal that has this line. This is the only quote of his that ever shows up periodically on the internet. But never attributed correctly,…. for good reason.
This is so cool, Hugh! I may run this as a post, if you don’t mind. Not everybody reads the comments, but as a post we could better get your father’s name out there.
