It was our second last camp at 11000 ft. & first after crossing Sar Pass. It's called Swiss of India for nothing. Beauty tells everything. One sight & all tiredness & difficulties of the treks are completely laid to rest. Taken during Sar Pass Trek in Kullu District of Himachal Pradesh, India. Answer: CIRCLE OF FRIENDS
(15 beautiful letters, in an exceptionally cryptic answer letter layout! Maybe Hoyt’s best effort to date! Absolutely nothing was given to us. No new clue words today, but they were all expertly jumbled. I had a tough time with “dredge”. I’m sure some had some difficulty with “entice”. The jumble for “frozen” reminded me of a radio show I used to listen to called Ron and Fez. Very funny guys! They used to be on New York radio in the early Oughts. I’ve completely lost track of them, though. Nice inviting camping scene, by Mr. Knurek. A nice mountain lake, under a full moon, a hoot owl in a nearby tree, and everyone sitting around a roaring campfire. Looks like everyone is having a fine time. An extended guys’ night out. Very cool.
Hey, guys! I got one right, for a change. Not that it was a prediction, or anything, but it IS going to be the blue on blue, Battle of the Ks, that I was hoping for, yesterday! Kentucky is the favorite, but Kansas has some history in beating them in big games. Kansas has the more dominant big man, in Jeff Withey, and Kentucky has to stay out of foul trouble, or this could end up being another disappointing final for Kentucky. I like both teams, a lot! I can’t decide on which team to root for. Whichever team wins, Monday night’s Championship game should prove to be a real classic. A game for the ages. Does anybody out there have a prediction??? Be well and do good friends.) — YUR

Applebee’s had a fill out the games paper here, and I predicted Kansas vs. Kentucky. I think Kentucky will win, but I’m really for Kansas because my husband lived in the atheletic dorm his freshman year and had these big guys to protect and befriend him. The next year he transferred to the school I was at- but freshman year I went to Kansas football homecoming and saw Louis Armstrong- Great show!
Ron and Fez are still on in NY, but now they’re heard nationally on satellite radio, 11am-3pm EDT, Monday-Friday. On XM Channel 105 and Sirius Channel 206.
dang!,
Howzabout regular radio? Are they available online?

Trisha,
Louis Armstrong??? Satchmo? What year was that, dear? You were right about Kentucky! Hope you won something!

No, they’re only heard on satellite radio. This is their 7th year with SiriusXM. You can listen online, they offer a free trial at siriusxm.com.
Social was an absolute boogah for me! Figured “circle of” when I read the puzzle, but didn’t figure out “friends” until I had all the letters …. geesh!
